Very poor service / Management

Had a terrible service from Mall @ Carnival Store was not allowed in the store as they felt my mask was not worn up to their standards. Did speak to Regional Manager from store and according to her just because all other stores in Mall @ Carnival allows me to shop with them I will not be allowed to enter their shop unless I follow their strict requirements. Happy not to shop there If they feel that way. Funny that other stores actually wants my money. Kingsmead Just so that you are aware you are not the only Shoe retailer I can shop at.
