Unreasonable refund policy

If I could leave 0 I would! I went into store to buy shoes, asked how it works for a full refund. Got told keep your slip that’s it. Take the shoes back, no one said 7 days. Since when do you have 7 days for a refund. The staff don’t even care , like machines. I speak to someone higher she just strings and walks away! Will never go back and will advise others not to use! Portia and Pamela at the Norwood branch worst staff I’ve ever dealt with.
