Unprofessional service

The Grove Mall Pretoria, with my last visit it was a very unpleasant experience as the staff were to busy speaking to each other not caring to assist the clients. Also I have noted very few people in shop, I know why !!! they also never have the right size and can't try to order from another shop. It was not like this before...
