Unhappy customer

I was interested in buying a pair of sandles as l saw a sign on top say 30% discount. I fit on a pair and wanted to get a smaller size and noticed that the sign was removed. I enquired as to what had happened to the 30% sign and they said that it was incorrectly placed.
