Staff think bigger picture

Went into Kingmead shoes in Valencia Nelspruit and they didn’t have my daughters size - before the lady came back with the news she’d already phoned another branch in Nelspruit to find out if they had stock. She asked them to reserve it and we went straight there and got the shoes there. Such great service from large thinking staff. Well done Kingsmead shoes.
