Sales person giving bad attitudem

Got to the store to tell them that there was a fault in a pair of shoes I bought. There were two black ladies and a white man the one lady approached me and tried to explain then the man came over to listen to what happened. While speaking he barged in and told me that he could not b able to assist me since the shoes were not in the same condition as I got them. I asked if he could not ask from the factory and he answered by saying \the factory is in China
