I purchased boots online after their advert popped up when I Googled mens boots. I ordered and paid for the boots, but when I received the boots they were womens boots. No where does it say womens boots!!! I took the boots to their store and was told that they can't reverse payment, they can only refund the money in cash, but the store doesn't even have R600 to refund. I was told that they would phone me around 1pm to collect the refund, but when I phoned at 4pm I was told they only have R300, but they will phone me soon. Its now 5:45pm and no word from them yet....
