Riduculous retail *******

I purchased my little girls turtles from gateway branch and had excellent service. The reason for using gateway is the pathethic service and inefficiancy from the crescent branch. I however had to revist the branch to do a return only to be told they dont hav stock if the size and i must pay the difference. The manager was rude and inconsiderate as soon as i walked in she and the salesman said they dont hav size . But when i refused the price diference she found one on sytem. Headoffice please address incompetency and neglience due to not using resources
