Poor customer service

Today was a sad and disappointing experience. The supervisor Xoilie who dealt with my exchange from the beginning was not polite and when she realised she didn’t inform me correctly at the outset she became more unhelpful. She tried to brush me off without explaining and called her manager who agreed she was incorrect for not advising that I cannot choose in the same range of shoes . still unsure why the supervisor didn’t admit she was handled the matter incorrectly I was forced to choose a pair of shoes from a promo range that I did not like. The manager said I’m so lucky she processed the exchange and that I should just take any shoe from the promo range. I questioned again if I could have more time as I’ve waited 25 mins and didn’t want any of these shoes, can I try another store as there were any in my size, she said it was best I just took a pair of shoes now. This was not great customer service especially from a manger and supervisor. I have sent a message to support with more details.
