Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service. Placed an order and payed for 6 pairs of shoes online. Im not receiving my order and after multiple attempts to get answers from Kingsmead Head office, i still have no answers and no shoes!!!! They promise to phone back, they dont. Best i got was to be cc'd in an email of them asking the courier where is the parcel. No follow up or reply to any other emails. I will never order from them again and regret spending money with this company!
