Outstanding Service

My mom bought a pair of shoes and wanted to get a second pair from Kingsmead Shoes. I was unable to get to the branch and called and chatted to Zandi. I asked to her keep a pair out for me until I could collect them. Zandi was friendly and extremely efficient. She gave me her cell number and asked me to whatsupp her a picture just to ensure that she had the correct shoes. She then came back to me to confirm that she had them and that they would be put away for me. I went it yesterday and she was there and got them out for me. She has such a friendly way with customers and her desire to find a solution for me was greatly appreciated. It is so nice to know that people like Zandi still exist in retail and truly understand the meaning of customer service.
