Non pleasant experience

My husband and I went to purchase him new shoes on the 15th of June. He was in a severe car accident and thus only wear name brand, and shoes that support his ackle. We made the sales consultant aware of this. On the 22nd of June, after my husband has worn the shoes once, we went to exchange for a bigger size and his broken toes that never healed really hurt in the size that he originally took. In the first place there were no manager at this store on duty and this all had to be done via telephone. Secondly, we left with the same shoes and no assistance. We understand that they have a return policy for a reason, but considering the circumstances we did have higher expectations. Never to support them again.
