Kingsmead shoes soles came off

I bought a pair of sneakers from them. Made from fabric, bound to get dirty. When I washed it the soles came off completely! I emailed Kingsmead, and even sent a photo of it, but no one even bothered to answer me. And the shoes was a very expensive well known brand.
