Kingsmead shoes selling second hand shoes as New!!!

I'm so upset right now with kingdsmead shoes!!! I traveled to gateway for a pair of gold sandals, they didn't have a size. They said that musgrave had my size. I sent my sister in law to get it! I fetched it from her a day later. 3 hours before my function I tried it on. When I looked at it, it was not a new pair of shoe. It is second hand shoe. The straps are dirty and re adjusted. The gold at the back is fading. It looks terrible in comparison to the 1 I saw at gateway. That 1 was covered. The straps were covered. The buckle was covered and there was spare heal tips of which this shoe had none!!! More over, the lady at the store, Elizabeth refused to listen to me!!! I paid R460 for a second hand pair of shoe and SHE insist that it's not!!! Thank you so much Wesrmead for the pathetic service and the bad quality of goods!!! I will NEVER support you again and neither will my family or friends! I have a huge range of Spoilt girls shoes and right now I feel like throwing them all away!!!! This absolutely disgusts me!!!!!
