Kingsmead Shoes Refunds

Bought 2 pairs of shoes on line which was ON SALE. Got the invoice and got the shoes, they charged me as if the shoes was NOT on sale. I raised the query, they offered me a voucher of 20% for 1 pair of shoes. I told them no, I want my money back. This was 5th of July 2023. They eventually said they will refund me after I got very angry because of their mistake. I follow-up on this refund and on 20 July 2023, they admitted again that they have processed the refund. We now on the 26th July 2023, still no refund into my bank account. Unfortunately, the customer care block you, they give you lip service over the phone and reply on email that they did refund you, therefor, finger service as well. All I want is my money to be refunded!!!!
