Kingsmead shoes hold the most unprofessional and uns****ed staff.

I purchased an item on a lay buy and and I when I I took out the laybuy I found it was the incorrect size. I then called Kingsmead shoes to find out if I could get a refund/exchange and they affirmed. I then headed to Kingsmead shoes at Musgrave center to claim the refund and return the item. I was refused a refund and could not exchange the item as they were out of stock. I do not want the gift voucher they issued as I do not intend on making a purchase at a Kingsmead shoes shop in future. I demand a full refund. Thank you.
