KINGSMEAD SHOES GEORGE

I bought a lot of shoes from Kingsmead George. I return 4 pairs of shoes in excellent condition but the soles breaks right through. They told me there is nothing they can do they have more complaints and thats it. I really think there is something wrong with the manufacturing of the soles and at least need an explanation. A friend of mine was on Her way yesterday to Kingsmead with the exact complaint. Really Kingsmead I want to buy more shoes from you this is not the way to handle a complaint like this.
