Kingsmead Shoes Exploit Customers

I bought leather shoes @R1500. The soles are cracking not due to wear and tear. I notified the retailer and they do not want to replace or repair the soles. Hush Puppies SA and Wolverine World Wide did nothing even after several emails were sent. My rights as a customer and a consumer were grossly violated and exploited by the 3 companies. I am stuck with expensive shoes that I cannot use. I would like my shoes replaced or professionally repaired.
