I recently bought shoes from this company. The first time the shoes were sm all and therefore had to have it changed for a bigger size.They changed promptly. Being a gout suferrer, even the new dis not fit. I phoned them again and asked them to collect the shoes and refund me. This too was done without any questions asked.
