Kingsmead menlyn Retail park disgraceful customer service

Hello Peter!

I would just like to express my utter disappointment to the staff at Kingsmead menlyn Retail park. The staff is so undermining, disrespectful and lacks Customer service. The owner or manager there should actually fire all of them or atleast take them to a customer service training. If you don't want to work stay at home.
