I bought shoes for my mother in law before Christmas, as gift and it was a size to small she wanted to return them for something els and they refuse asking for my Bankstatement??? To see if the payment went off, i couldn't believe it, i was not in happy with there response as a customer i mean since when do you need bankstatement to do a return the tag was still on and brand new, and i went in Rustenburg waterfall store refuse trying to call someone to get approval i couldn't get bigger size, waited 15 minutes to get feedback i was very furious, i font know if i will buy there again, and i really like there shoes but this is unacceptable
