I bought a pair of hush puppies from Kingsmead shoes, gateway branch on 30 January 2025. The right leg heel cracked and I contacted Kingsmead shoes on their website and lodged my complaint 3 days ago and nobody has had the decency to call me. I want a replacement pair ASAP. But it seems Kingsmead is ignoring ny complaint to wait for the 6 months to pass and then tell me sorry , we can't assist you. Really poor after sales service.
