Great Customer service

Went into the Atrium branch to purchase a pair of sandles for my granddaughter. They did not have the size and said that their Ballitto branch had it and the gentleman said that he'd have them sent through. I received a message to say that the sandles had arrived but to my disappointment the Ballitto branch sent the incorrect size. I was terribly disappointed because I had to drop these off the next day. They tried everything on the day to get the sandles to their branch with little success. I was thrilled to receive a call the very next morning to say that they had made an arrangement and had the correct size delivered to them. I was eternally grateful for the excellent service I received from this branch who went out of their way to assist. This is what one calls 💯 customer service and satisfaction. I will not hesitate to call again and inform my friends and relatives of their services. Well done.
