Good customer service and inter-store communication

Excellent service from both the Randridge Mall and Clearwater Mall stores. I found a pair of shoes at the Randridge store that I liked, but they did not have stock of my size. They informed me that Clearwater had stock of my size and they arranged with Clearwater to put the shoes aside for me. Today I went in, and bought the shoes at the Clearwater store, no hassle. Maybe a simple request, but I was very impressed by the friendly and customer-driver service offered by both stores.
