First and foremost, I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Banele from the Customer Service Team at Kingsmead Shoes' head office. My journey to acquire a pair of marble Crocs had its ups and downs, but Banele's outstanding assistance truly made a significant difference.

Initially, I had placed an order for the marble Crocs through the Crocs website, only to have my hopes dashed when my order was inexplicably canceled due to stock issues in their online system. Frustrated but determined to get those coveted marble Crocs, I turned to the Kingsmead Shoes website, where I discovered they only had a size 6 available. Despite this, I decided to order the larger size, driven by my desperation to secure the shoes.

That's when I reached out to the Kingsmead Shoes head office and was fortunate enough to receive exemplary service from Banele. She went above and beyond, meticulously searching through all the Kingsmead Shoes branches across the country to locate the elusive size 5 pair I desired. Banele then took the initiative to contact each of these branches, discovering that only the Middelburg branch had a size 5 in stock. She promptly arranged for the size 5 shoes to be couriered to the nearest branch for an exchange.
