Disrespectful Staff Will Bring Down Your Business.

I went to the branch in Value Center in Springfield, Durban, to look for a new shoe. I did not find anything that I liked so I was leaving to go to another store. This arrogant and rude security guard asked to check my handbag. So I asked her if she has a reason or does she suspect me of anything. She was absolutely disrespectful and insisted I open my bag. I did as she asked but it was really embarrassing but what was more disgusting was the fact that I waited to see if she checks anyone else's bags. Apparently not. So this was really a red flag for me. This act of ignorance is the reason I will not set foot in any of the "Kingsmead Shoes" branches ever again. I rather go to a store that respects its customers and treats them accordingly.
