Collect pre ordered shoes from Galleria Branch

I appreciate that I was able to order my shoes when your branch in Galleria didn't have my size.

I was disappointed when I went to collect them but was unable to because of your stocktaking. I didnt want to buy anything. The shoes were ALREADY paid for. All you needed to do was ha d them over. But it seems that was impossible. Sad customer.
