Unfairly treated by estate agent

Very poor, *********** service from Graham. He let my wife and I go look at a place but as we get there, he tells us that it's actually not available anymore and that another applicant has signed after we requested the application form already. When we called him to ask why this was the outcome, he tells us we are lying in a very rude and self-biased manner. They are clearly in it for the money and not for the customer's needs.

Very ironically he claims that it's a first come first serve basis which in the event I was first but the property was given to the client after me.
