Poor Service by Kingsmark Real Estate (Graham Agent and Principle of this business)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Kingsmark Real Estate (Graham Agent and Principle of this business). Despite multiple requests and paying for plumbers, he have consistently failed to address the issue of blocked drains in my rental property.

On several occasions, I have reported the problem, which has caused significant discomfort and made the living space nearly unlivable due to the persistent odor and hygiene concerns. Unfortunately, Kingsmark Real Estate has refused to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, ignoring both the urgency and severity of the situation.

This lack of responsiveness and neglect is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Kingsmark Real Estate and Graham commitment to tenant welfare. I strongly advise potential renters to consider this experience before engaging with Kingsmark Real Estate, Graham's Estate Agency.
