Kingsmark is just dubious

I had the worst experience with this Business. The owner of the apartment i was renting is the worst landlord ever. I got punished for early termination for my lease because I bought a house and had to leave the apartment. But the charges that he imposed on me even when he already had a tenant to replace me was bogus. On top of that he fined me, saying the wall in the bedroom was dirty and he had to get a contractor to do the painting, basically the whole deposit of R6500 was not returned back. What a ****mer. The guy is Graham. What a moegoe...Bad businessman. I hope he struggles to find tenants in future, *****...
