Graham should be fired.

The "Agent" Graham is completely unprofessional and entirely full of himself.

He won't help you at all, even if you complain to the company, he will be the one handling your complaint; which is insane.

Would not recommend using this alleged agency for anything other than practising patience.

To top it off he is quite misogynistic toward women. Makes me think he shouldn't be working with people at all.
