I rented an apartment through Kingsmark for 5 years and looked after like it was my own. When I moved out they paid me my full deposit back without question. Whenever there was a maintenance issue Graham from Kingsmark was quick to respond and was helpful in trying to resolve any issue. When I bought the property I was renting I asked Kingsmark to find a Tenant and manage my property and they have done an excellent job for the last 8 years to ensure that property remains in the same good condition I left it in.
