Bad Customer service

Extremely bad service from Tracy, I enquired about a property and was told an appointment will be scheduled by Tracy. Almost 24 hours later my wife askes Graham what is going on and Tracy apparently scheduled a time but didn't bother confirming this. Tracy then is so unprofessional that she sends me a whatsapp stating she doesn't think the house it suitable for me and has cancelled the appointment. Really disgusting service. I hope Kingsmark takes serious action as i will take my money else where. There are many people out there that need a job and will respect it. Something for a certain someone to think about!
