Waste of time and money. Useless staff and store ethics

I wouldn’t even give RERUN a star if I could! Extremely poor customer service and ethics towards consumers. The manager doesn’t make eye contact when explaining she cannot assist you and won’t give the phone number of the person above her who is able to assist. A disgusting attitude and experience after spending R4000 in store two days ago and upon requesting a change in size of shirt for my husband I was basically told it’s too bad I’ve taken the incorrect size they cannot help me. A bunch of useless people with ******* store policies.
