STAY AWAY FROM KINGSLEY HEATH

The fact that soooo many people FIRSTLY have to use Hellopeter to get you to give a service says everything!! We bought a T shirt for my son, that has faded allot with the first wash. So an email was send to Tracey. Please do yourselfs a favour an ask her to show you our correspondence. Ive send proof of purchase & picture of the above mentioned T shirt. She said when we are in SA i should send an email. As we live in Tanzania I told her I will let her know when we will be back in SA to come in for the exchange that was organized. So when we were in SA last week I send her 2 emails. Plus went into youre Woodlands Branch. Just to be met by a wall of unhelpfullness. Tracey WAS call on my demand & I was told she'd "come back with a resolution" the next day! Really??!! After I have shown the unfriendly, unhelpfull person Tracey's email that said we must come in for a exchange once back in SA - she had a "problem" with the date of the emails. Because it is March! Really?? I said to her does she realize we live in Tanzania???!! So needless to say the lame phone call came the next day with a lame story that Tracey has not reached a conclusion for the "problem" yet! And we are STILL waiting for any call or email. As Tracey has STILL not even bothered to reply to my emails. Nor any calls. How do you tell some one to come in for a replacement & then treat the client like a villain!! I will not support you anymore. Remember WORD OF MOUTH!!!
