Quick to take your money, almosr impossible to to a refund

Very dissapointed. After spending thousands of Rands in your shops over the past few years, I was told a very long story at your Mall of Africa branch about what a administrative nightmare it is to get a refund and I am forced to take a gift card to the value. Something I do not want.

Manager siting that a refund takes 30-45days.
