Poor service and aftersales

Online line purchase whereby all.items was suitable., They refused to refund me , as they didn't have any stock in twomof their branches Menlyn and Woodland. Service was poor and No refunds received , even if there was no suitable sizes.

They issued me a gift card. What am.I suppose to buy if they dont have stock
