No return policy

I bought a gift for my wife, a dress. Unfortunately she did not like the cut to the dress. We explored other options but the dresses just did not work out for her. We tried to return the dress in perfect condition only to find out that they do not allow for returns, one can only exchange… but there is nothing we would like to exchange it for! Very disappointing!
