no clear procedures

my husband bought a jersey at kingsley heathin aug this year. jersey is written hand wash and not direct sunlight to dry. which I told my helper and she did just that sadly the pretty jersey went two tone this month after the second wash. I took it back to the shop and the store manager had no clue what to do. infact his suggestion to call me back on Monday was so ridiculers that he even agreed to my husband that its crazy but he doesn't know how to handle the matter. when we directed him to the receipt terms and conditions. it clearly states that manufacturing defects can be returned for a full refund or exchange and the manager still said he doesn't know what to do. I suspect the guy isn't the store manager. cause if he is than the store doesn't have any training for its staff. now we left the jersey sunday the 10th and am not really sure if will get a call or not. its almost midday now and nothing yet. .
