Misleading advertising ...

This is a really disappointing post to have to write as I have always liked this brand and was proud to have an SA premium casual wear supplier. <br> Having bought a load of clothing from KH over the last 12 months I went into the store to stock up for Dec, the sales person who has served me many times before pointed out a special offer and I based my purchase on the offer (he also helped pick out the clothes). Having made my decision I went to pay, as he was ringing things up he casually told me that the special did not apply to the T that he helped me pick out. I complained, we called the regional manager who provided a \solution"by saying that she could provide the same price but take 1 T off the package (in essence taking the price back to the marked price for all items). <br> I am passionate about customer service"
