Kingsley Heath returns policy and customer service

I purchased a xxl golf shirt from their Brooklyn store and did not try it on in store as I already have 2 xxl muscle golf shirts from them. When I tried it on at home it was much smaller - to the point that I could not wear it. Returned the shirt to the Woodlands branch which is close to where I live. The returns policy is strictly exchange - no refund! They do not have any other xxl golf shirt is the shop. May get some stock next week, so I had to settle for a voucher. This is really unacceptable and not at all customer friendly.
