We bought 4 pairs of pants (2 mens chinos and 2 mens jeans) from Kingsley Heath earlier this year and EVERY SINGLE garment failed in one way or another. I tried to return the defective garments at their Fourways branch but they refused to refund us and didn’t hear from their “manager” as promised. We are extremely disappointed in the brand, quality of garments and especially after sales support. We have lost all faith in the Kingsley Heath brand (4 / 4 garments were defective?) I’m sure @Bruce Joubert himself would be very happy with the quality of his garments… pick up your game Kingsley Heath!
