KINGSLEY HEATH (NO STOCK - NO REFUND)

I bought a T-shirt size Large, from Kingsley Heath Woodlands, Pretoria, for my son's birthday on Friday, 12 August 2022. The T-shirt did not fit and I tried to exchange the size to X-large on Tuesday, 16 August 2022. Without success. They no longer have stock of the same T-shirt. (My son only wants that specific T-shirt). They only have stock in JHB Sandton City. The cashier could not book the T-shirt at Sandton City to be collected before 12h00 the next day (Wednesday). It has to be the same day. Policy (1) of Kingsley Heath. I was at the Pta branch 16h29. I feel that was not fair to give such short notice as the shop closes at 19h00. I requested a refund in order for my son to search for another T-shirt in his own time...NO, Policy (2) ! You are not allowed to get a refund only a voucher. Now my question is, why am I pressured to buy an alternative T-shirt I don't want, as I am not allowed to request a shop to hold stock for not even 24 hours. Kingsley can't give me what I want, but they want to keep my money!! I understand if it was that you just want any other T-shirt and they give you a voucher. BUT what I don't understand if they have the T-shirt at another shop, I can't book to keep it, although I am prepared to drive from PTA to JHB to get that specific T-shirt. I feel that Kingsley Heath takes advantage of their customer to force them to buy clothing they don't want by forcing them to accept voucher's as refund. I am absolutely disappointed in a store that bullies me into something I do not want or need.
