Kingsley Health Shoes

I am writing this email with disappointment. So, I buy my flat sandals at Kingsley Health. They are leather sandals. They became wet and the strips separated the top part and the brown leather part. I went to the shop to find out if they can’t help me with that because I still love them and they do not have that pair in store. Understanding their quality and their price, I thought they will at least assist with information or something. I just received a call today saying they will not be able to assist me. I paid R1200 for those sandals. I cannot just throw them away. Please help because they are able to help with repairs.
