Kinglsey Heath worst customer service

Service is absolutely **********! Placed 2 different hours orders - one for RSA and one for Mauritius. No feedback and no response. Tried calling - only excuses such as the person in charge of online orders is sick?! Seriously? I placed orders worth R10 000? Zero client satisfaction. Such an expensive brand yet you don’t think to have client service. Additionally now that I have read past reviews I worry that my items will not be delivered and that you will make mistakes with the items. Especially since one package is suppose to come to Mauritius.
