I am not happy with their customer service

So yesterday 22 December 2023 i went to one of Kingley's Heath store in V&A Waterfront to purchase a tshirt for my son.So i was assisted by a lady called Monique she was friendly and everything.So when i was about to pay, i told her im gonna pay R300 cash and R149 by card.Transaction went on few minutes later after the bank transaction i ask her why dont i get a payment notification.She said no u gonna get but i didnt because my battery died immediately.I get home i check my bank balance and the was some issues.I then check my sleep and then the took the R300 and the they took the whole R449 with my bank card.To cut the story shot i got there the following day to tell them that i was ******.They tell me it was a mistake they going to refund me.So im asking them what about tje money i used to come to the store cz the fault is with them not me.They told me i can send an email if i want or do wateva i want with the information.The fact and the matter is they wont reimbuise me the money i used to come there Simon Kruger and Mole they have poor customer service.
