I did and online purchase and I’ve been trying to get the online team’s attention for the past few days,unfortunately just saw all these negative reviews after the purchase,I wish I had seen them before,I don’t know how many times I have called and emailed ,on the call I’m told they’ll get back to me and they don’t.I had so much hope for some reason I’m quite disappointed ,and frankly the following up and trying to reach out is exhausting.They were good once,now…I don’t know really
