To whom it may concern. I cannot begin to express how upset and disappointed I am. I have been nothing but a loyal client to Kingsley heath for years loved the quality of the brand. I purchased a T-shirt online on, it showed the T-shirt was still availablae but after my payment I received an email from Curtlee Reddy to advise me that the T-shirt was sold out and I need to purchase something else. I don't want anything I wanted that T-shirt, I told Curtlee that I want refund but I have not received the refund or communication from him or anyone from Kingsley Heath and I wanted that T-Shirt for a special occasion. I'm highly disappointed. Now I need that money and I must go store to store because you don't update your website.
