Defective garment - poor service!

I am a big fan of Kingsley Heath clothing. Top quality and often horribly overpriced but it is by far my favourite shop. A recently purchased garment that was worn once came apart at the seam - clearly a manufacturing fault. The garment was returned to the Woodlands Boulevard store where it was shown to the manager Gloria. In stead of simply replacing it she informed us that the garment needed to be sent to head office. No replacement and no refund. Visited the store for the second time today but still no joy. When I called Gloria later she slammed the phone down in my ear. Think twice before you spend your hard-earned cash at this luxury store and don't expect much sympathy or cooperation if you end up with a dud. Sad to see such arrogance.
