Courier IT company

Good evening

Kingsley must do better when it comes to the courier company that they are using to deliver our parcel. We can't always run around looking for our parcel. They don't even call us but when you track your parcel it say they did not get hold of you.

Courier IT is not a good company to deliver our parcels. Everytime I have a parcel I must call them. It's even worse my parcel is from Durban the person who sent it to JHB wrote a wrong address. Now who's fault it is because I did not not write that address. My order was divided into 3, 2 with the right address and 1 with the wring address.

I am not expecting to receive a gift voucher because of the incompetency of the courier company that you are using. We spend a lot of money at Kingsley to receive this kind of service. Kingsley should be working with company's like courier guy not courier it.

I am going on leave and I want my parcel ASAP.
